Mr. Jacob is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Jacob Asset Management and the Chief Portfolio Manager of the Jacob Internet Fund. From December 1997 to June 1999, Mr. Jacob was the portfolio manager of the $650 million Internet Fund. Previously, Mr. Jacob was the Director of Research for "The IPO Value Monitor," which provided fundamental research to institutional investors on new equity offerings. Mr. Jacob was also a partner of Horizon Asset Management, a New York-based investment advisory firm. Prior to joining Horizon, Mr. Jacob held positions at Bankers Trust, Mellon Bank and Shearson Lehman Brothers in their investment advisory groups. Mr. Jacob has a B.S. in Finance from Drexel University.
