Mr. Alexander assists Mr. Jacob in the day-to-day management of the Jacob Internet Fund's assets and securities. Mr. Alexander was Chief Portfolio Manager of The Internet Fund, Inc. from October 21, 1996 (inception) through December 19,1997 and was a portfolio manager of that fund while Mr. Jacob served as Chief Portfolio Manager. Mr. Alexander has been a portfolio manager with Lepercq, de Neuflize & Co. Inc. from May 1998 to March 2002 and has also served as President of Alexander Capital Management, Inc. since 1985. Mr. Alexander has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from St. John's University.
